* **Billing:** Time & Materials. Invoiced monthly or prepaid blocks.
* **Commitment:** None.
* **Deliverables:**
  * Real-time troubleshooting via Slack/Teams or Video Call.
  * Written summaries of recommendations.
  * Diagramming (LucidChart/[Draw.io](http://Draw.io)) during calls.
